We, @ Virani Metal Works products, are manufacturer of wide variety of high precision turned and/or milled metal components made up of brass, steel, copper and aluminium, since 2014.
We are team of 95 persons which includes business administrators, qualified engineers, experienced technicians and skilled machine operators.
We also support our customer in developing new products, components with special requirements and assembly of components. Our team of engineers is competent enough to designing, simulating, prototyping and testing new designed components or assembly.
Our team of engineers and technicians stay attentive on modifying and/or designing new machines, jigs and fixtures, special tools and automatic systems to improve the productivity of our manufacturing unit, to maintain quality of our products and to lower the manufacturing cost.
We always emphasize to automate our manufacturing units by developing CNC based special purpose machines (SPM), general purpose machines (GPM) and pick and place robots (P&PR). On our shop floor we have following machine facility most of them are indigenously developed.
