At Virani Metal Works, we are committed to produce and supply superior quality metal components. In order to maintain the quality of our product, we design and execute manufacturing plan which includes extensive stages of inspections.

We train our machine operators through meetings and seminars to ensure correct execution of pre-defined inspection protocols. All necessary instruments and gauges are provided to each operator. Operators are instructed to follow pre-defined inspection protocols, which includes checking dimensional accuracy of components and visual inspections to find any other defects. Critical dimensions of product are inspected in lab on interval bases as per the approved plan. This ensure traceability of non-conforming product at the process stages.

Visual inspection of each components is carried out manually and/or using to find components with missing operations, casting defects, dent marks, tool marks and rusts. At the end quality report is generated and maintained per lot of product. Report includes results of chemical test, dimensional range of each important dimensions and important points from the final visual inspection if any.
